Won’t allow parents back in treatment room, even with little kids, and when they are screaming for their parents. While I understand most kids do better when parents aren’t there, its fine to start that way. However, at some point, common sense needs to apply, that a kid may do better with their parent in the room. Scaring kids for life from the dentist.

Honestly just a very strange experience. I scheduled my daughter for a new patient exam which took about a month to get in for. I bring her in, they check her temperature, everything is good. She’s a three-year-old in day care so she often has a slight cough but she doesn’t have a runny nose, No fever, and isn’t currently sick or contagious. She’s had this slight cough for weeks and has been seen by a Dr. I wait 20 minutes in the lobby and once we are brought back for x-rays the receptionist proceeds to tell me that my daughter has to be rescheduled because she coughed earlier in the lobby. Im a hygienist myself, I’ve worked in many dental offices and I’ve never seen a patient rescheduled due to a minor cough. Also, if you have a very strict policy about not seeing patients with a cough that is something that should be made aware prior to me showing up for an appointment and waiting for 20 minutes.

Dr Stacey is amazing we have no complaints about the Dental side of things. But the fact that you have to wear a mask when the child is going to take off the mask the moment they sit in the chair and breathe the same air as the dentist is a bit confusing. They charged me a dollar for a N95 mask that my child literally wore for 3 seconds is just weird. Last time I checked the pandemic is over. It’s to bad because the dental experience that amazing is muddled by the nervous nellies of this world.

The scheduler was very accommodating, which I very much so appreciated, and set a great tone for the visit. But then, we go to the appointment 10 minutes early, with all the paperwork already filled out online. We waited 35 minutes before they took my 2yo back. The hygienist did not introduce herself, but did a great job interacting with my daughter. Then, after only 10-15 minutes that it took for xrays and cleaning (which is great), we waited another 10 -15 minutes for the dentist to come for the check up. After being at the office for over an hour for something that should have taken 20 minutes tops, we left before the dentist made themselves available. We will not be back to the office.

Very impressed with the level of service, care and attention to my child as this was his first dentist visit. Gabby greeted us at the entrance and gave us a full tour of the facility which is an open concept and gives a more comforting setting then your normal dentist office(parents are welcome to sit in). Dr. Staci was Amazing. Super professionally which a great smile and warm and inviting personality. She talked with my son throughout the entire exam process which made the overall experience very pleasurable and easy . Very glad I came in and highly recommend them. Thanks A satisfied Mom
