Everyone was very professional and kind. All aspects of the procedure were explained in full. The insertion of my implant today was a very positive experience. I felt at ease and the procedure was practally pain free! I am so happy I chose Mint Mini and would definately recomend them to anyone needing their services.

Dr Coolican and his staff are kind and friendly. However I had 2 implants with bone grafting done Aug of 2021 now a little over 2 yrs Nov 2023 the post of 1 implant was literally sheared off and the tooth fell out. I was shocked and upset and called to see how we can fix this problem. Looked like an issue with the post. I was eating fish. I called the office, sent pics of the implant and the only options I have are to remove the post and have another bone graft and start from scratch and pay again or leave the other half of the post implanted in my bone and no tooth. I paid a lot for the implant and bone graft and I still have no tooth. I am without a tooth and a lot of money. I was shocked and physically sick of this outcome and was told they never saw anything like it and I’m sorry. What ever happened to “making it right”.
