Recently got two of my bottom wisdom teeth removed as well as a few other teeth and the experience was great! The mannerism, professionalism and the understanding they had of my fear of dental work, they created such a positive experience for me and even checked up on me after the procedure to see how I was doing. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

There truly is no other like Dr Puckett!! The care and service he and his team provide is just unparalleled. I had two separate wisdom teeth surgeries performed by him (2 teeth the first time, 1 the second) a few years ago and it was an amazing experience both times. Getting my wisdom teeth out was amazing. I know, that makes no sense but it’s the truth. My step daughter needed all four of hers taken out last week and we were so pleased to have Dr Puckett take care of it. Two nights after the surgery she was in terrible pain so I texted the service number the office provided. Within minutes, Dr P called and asked how quickly we could get to the office… at 8 pm on a Saturday night. Thankfully there was no infection! So incredibly grateful for doctors/surgeons like him! The word dedicated doesn’t cover it.

My first child had his wisdom teeth removed and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. My second child has a platelet disorder and once again the office went out of their way to help us. My child had to have platelets and then Novoseven before his tooth was removed. It was on their half day and they stayed over for his tooth removal. Dr. Puckett spoke with my son’s hematologist and they were on board with everything. It was a long day but it all was good. Thank you for all your help, friendly, smiling faces and great attitudes. Y’all are the best.

Dr. Puckett is an amazing surgeon. He is very personable and detailed when it come ts his patients. My husband and son both had wisdom teeth removed for different reasons. The care taken for both by Dr. Puckett was tremendous. I saw him for teeth pain and he explained everything with ease and made it understandable. His office staff his friendly, considerate and nice. Best oral surgeon in Jacksonville. Highly recommend if any problems he is the go to.
