Arlington Dental Center

I have been here numerous times. I called to schedule a cleaning and was told they did not have my insurance on file despite it not changing. After providing it I was questioned about it being wrong despite me working for the insurance company in question. The woman was rude and unpleasant. It was was enough for me to change to a different dental practice.

My tooth was severely in pain, I was awaiting a root canal and being numbed up…. The dentist were talking for over 20 minutes, and when they started they drilled in my tooth and I felt every single bit of pain shoot through my extremely fragile tooth. They had to numb it more….. they should’ve made sure before drilling into my nerves. I was left with 90% of a fill in and 10% of my actual tooth.. I went to get a 2nd look at another facility and they said this would’ve been a simple extraction! I’m left traumatized from the pain they caused… they also left bleach spots on my favorite shirt from the procedure

I cannot over state just how accommodating this office is. I struggle with the sensory input from cleanings. They check on me any time I get spooked, let me wear headphones and sunglasses, use more hand tools than drills. They also will go into detail about /why/ you need to floss or brush a certain way. That way you understand why you’re doing what your doing. I greatly appreciate the patience they give their patients.

I needed an emergency visit and from the door I was treated with kindness. I saw Dr. Daniel Heffes and Claudia for an extraction. They made sure I was comfortable and checked in the entire time. Before the procedure they went through payment which I appreciated. There were no surprise invoices. The establishment was clean and welcoming. Very satisfied with this service so far. Thank you for your kindness and patience

Very limited parking, staff raising their voices to each other, slightly irritated tone towards the patients, and bad location. But they have a nice front desk and seating area. And the male dentist I had, along with his assistant, were very friendly and quick. The vibe put off by the assistant and the front desk workers was a little awkward when I was checking out. They seemed to ignore her, but she was acting a little impatient as well. It was a very strange visit and I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend. Hope the best for them though
