I felt as though the customer service at the Kingston office registration was very poor and uncalled for considering I need(ed) advice on a tooth before back surgery and already missing enough time with work. I liked the lady Endodontist, she did not get angry, was very kind and patient. Payments with these people are due AT THE TIME OF PROCEDURES, I was misinformed of this at the Kingston office when I originally asked if I would be billed or not (considering I don’t have dental insurance). Did not go through with any procedures so I can’t give advice there, just wanted to inform everyone else of what I didn’t know (since it seems every office is different). In the end I have to go somewhere else (after 2 visits) to have a tooth removed.

I went there for a simple extraction. He was confused and asked me the same question 3 times. He then tested the novocaine needle over my face and squirted it in my eye. When I immediately wiped my eye, he stuck my thumb with the needle. He never apologized. The extraction was extremely rough and he kept hitting my other teeth with the instruments. He had a terrible bedside manner and I felt very rushed. I would not recommend Dr. Mancia to anyone. He needs to retire.

I have been going to this office for the past 4 years. It is the BEST!!! Dr. Mancia is AMAZING and so compassionate and kind. Natalie is AWESOME! Lisa is just EXCEPTIONAL!!! I am mentioning the above people bc they are the ones I have primarily dealt with...but I assure you that everyone I came in contact with was top notch! They do amazing work!!!! Everyone puts you at ease with their customer service skills and compassion...exactly what you need when you don’t particularly like having root canals or surgery...they make it a great experience!!
