Where is the zero stars button? This office is the most disgusting and disturbing dental office I’ve ever seen. The ladies behind the counter are absolutely rude! One specifically tried to physically assult a young woman who was trying to get clarification on her appointment! The worker was verbally abusing this woman then tried to get physical with her! Cops were called and tempers were at an all time high by everyone! This was my first and last time there! I didn’t even stay for my appointment because they put myself, my young child and a member of my family in harms way! What the woman did to this patient was totally avoidable and the other women working there justified her actions and tried to cover it up and gang up on this patient. Unreal!

I just have to say that I used to be a dental office manager, this customer service and all this bad reviews should be investigated, as soon as possible. I have worked with horrible receptionist and that claim to call patient but they really actually dont and YOUR STAFF DO NOT LET US KNOW AHEAD WITH THE APPOINTMENT!!! Im writing from also my family experience not only me. Its truly sad how you guys ignore your horrible customer service and wish it would get fixed.

If there was an option to leave no stars, I would. This dental office is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to in my life. Not only are they rude and hostile to brand new patients. They will tell you one thing over the phone, and when you show up for what you discussed they give you the run around. They do not return phone calls even when you’ve left a voice mail. If you are compliant with them, they still figure out a way to screw you over. It’s astounding that this place is even able to practice dentistry.

I am trying to reach your office for a few weeks now and cannot get in touch whatsoever. My daughters filling fell out and she needs an appointment, she’s a patient at your office and you fail to provide medical services to your patients clearly. My daughter is in pain and every dentist we called informed us to call you (My Daughters Dentist) since she is a patient at your so called office. If you cannot provide the service let your patients know so they can find alternatives to this unorganized enterprise. If we do not receive some sort of answer today I am personally filing a complaint with the medical board. This is insane, your client is in pain. The craziest part is nobody answers the phone but if I walked in right now you would all be sitting there doing nothing and talking about unrelated work topics. That’s a fact because I witnessed it prior. I was a patient and no longer. The Dr is a creep and don’t care about patients, who solely cares a bout milking the insurance companies only. I expect a call back immediately or I’m going to show you the power of the internet. That’s a promise not a threat! Thank you
