My entire experience at Banning’s was perfect! Scheduling was timely and seamless on arrival, staff including the receptions are incredibly friendly and genuinely kind. You’re well informed during the entire process and they take great care of you the whole way through. They quite clearly care about their patients and it shows in their work and attitude. This is the best place to go for your orthodontic needs for children AND adults. I went as a 20 year old and I felt so well taken care of. My teeth were incredibly bad as well but now I have a confident smile. Highly recommend this place for an all around great care.

I’m updating my review as I feel I give a better one now that that my son’s braces have been off for awhile. He’s a teenager so of course didn’t wear his retainer faithfully.. I asked more than once for a bar to be put behind his back teeth on the bottom. Dr. Banning refused to do this because of possible “spacing” since he had teeth pulled. Well, there are no spaces at all, not even a little bit, but his bottom teeth are very crooked after spending thousands of dollars. I’m not happy. The second time I went back months later because his dentist said he needs the bar. I told her he wasn’t wearing the plastic over his teeth. She still wouldn’t do it. The bar would’ve been better than nothing.. something is better than nothing, no? I’ve been to 3 different dentists now (we have since moved to Florida) that keep asking me why he didn’t have a bar put there and I tell them what she said and they look at me with a look of confusion every time. His bottom teeth are crooked NO SPACES after spending so much money. All for nothing, because she wouldn’t put the bar there. Again, knowing the situation, she should’ve done something instead of nothing. I’m extremely dissatisfied. I now have to go get a quote on how much it will be to straighten the bottom teeth AGAIN and this time he’ll get the bar or I won’t even begin treatment. Thanks for nothing and wasting my money.
