Dr Marcus Castro and staff are nothing short of professional and thorough... I say this having 25 years of a gentle career myself. And I found myself in need of implant surgery... Even dental professionals are not exempt from needing the professionalism of Dr Marcus Castro and staff... He is clear concise explains every aspect and also very gentle ... Thank you Dr Castro and Steph you are the best...

The experience I had at this office was like no other. Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing! The receptionist was very helpful in helping me understand how billing works. The dental assistant was very personable and engaging. Dr. Castro was overly amazing! He put my mind at ease and fear to rest with explaining the process and then asking if I wanted to have the services done at that time, not just assuming. Asking me placed the control of my care back in my hands. He didn’t make me feel ashamed of having anxiety he helped calm them instead. There is so much I could say about this office but you should see it for yourself!!! All dentists and doctors in every field could learn from the exceptional patient care this office provides.

I went in for a consultation with Dr Castro. He spent more time telling me about his mother’s dog walker( how she comes twice a day, sends Dr. Castro texts so he knows his mom is safe, etc) than he did answering my questions. He left the room before I was done with my questions and told me his assistant would answer any more questions I had. Her answer was repeatedly to tell me that Dr Castro could answer them on procedure day. I paid $130 for a consult why? Total waste of time and money. Why would I schedule a procedure with someone who couldn’t even handle a proper consultation? I scheduled the procedure at Dr. Frankel’s practice instead, he was very thorough.
