I used to watch this guy on tv---I believe channel 3?. I wonder if he still advertises on tv---he should be banned with reviews like this. Thanks to all the many negative reviews I will not be wasting my time or money. There’s too many negative experiences from his patients to be untrue. Based, on the reviews, it seems he doesn’t desire to service people of color. I appreciate the info in advance!!!

Very unorganized office and the dentist was very rude to his employees. I was given a 3D X-ray without any discussion beforehand about coverage and payment, just received a bill. I would not recommend this office for dental care.

Dr. Cohn has always treated me top notch!! By far the best Dentist I’ve ever had and def would recommend him couldn’t speak more highly of him.

Picture that the office you walk in with big American flag on the wall and only one stuff around. You will be waiting with FOX news channel. Later you will have improper PPE and rushed dental work. The only nice thing to mention is the stuff, he is nice and kind gentleman that cares about you; however the dentist has the condescending attitude towards his stuff further justified the terrible experience. Anyway, think twice before you come.

***BAD EXPERIENCE***This has been the most interesting experience I’ve ever had a dentist office. I walked in and there was nobody at either one of their desks in the front. I came early for my 2 PM appointment. The owner (dentist) finally came to the front and took my insurance information and seemed nice. I was taken by another staff member to the back when I sat down on a very nasty, old seat to have my dental work done. The gentleman gave me my x-rays and very nice nice. Here’s where it turned all bad. The dentist brought me back to the front and had my stand there while he tried to contact my pharmacy for a prescription that he never explained I needed or why I needed it. He then proceed to call someone that appeared to be a worker of his on his cell phone to verify if I had insurance with the information I had already provided. Then the dentist tells the person on the phone "he has horrible insurance." I tell him I didn’t think that was appropriate to say in front of me and about my insurance. He then shows me a breakdown of my insurance and says "look at it." I asked him will my insurance cover extracting my tooth, and he said yes. I told him that was very unprofessional, especially since he had the BBB (Better Business Bureau) sign right by his desk. I told him that I would like him to apologize, which he finally did. Shortly after, he hands me a flyer with some oral surgeons that he recommends I go to. I then asked if he had experience in removing teeth and he said yes but he didn’t want to do my procedure. I told him that was very unprofessional to refuse service. I’m not sure how many other black men come into this place but I did not feel welcomed after he wasted my time and refused to serve me. I had been in a lot of pain and called this dentist earlier this morning to set the appointment. And for all of that he never helped me.
