Professional service. Knowledgeable, thorough, Attentive. Good customer service. Recommended. Unfortunately he has limits to type of insurance and one may have to come out of pocket. They are kind to make arrangements. This can delay proceedures when balance remains. Years as a family ortho, i was glad to know he eventually was able to accept my then insurance. They nor any dentist should ever throw teeth molds away no matter how old. All Dental professionals should archive molds after so many years or give them to Patient (i feel same way about xrays anywhere across the board), a must in supporting Forensics, civil circumstances, etc., when needed. He would be ortho i’d return to when neccessary. He values his patients. Give God the Glory.

I went to get braces 20 years ago and I need braces again, my teeth were pulled out on the sides and I have spaces and my overbite was never fixed, my insurance was billed and I paid to get the braces taken off because i was being charge an astronomical price. I was surprised to see Dr. DeLoach was still practicing. :(

I’ve been going here since I was 13 years old. I am now 20 years old and JUST got my braces removed. I never even received a retainer for my top or bottom teeth. He always gives me a run around about when he’ll have it ready. Taking multiple impressions saying “it’ll be ready in a week” then a week goes by and he says “oh we still have to do this or that before you can wear the retainer” he’s absolutely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE EVER to go to this place !!! I am 90% sure that I need braces again after a long 7 years of bull, my teeth are still not perfect

For 5 years my son was getting treated and this man has NEVER submitted a claim to the insurance company. One day he asked me to pay for the braces. I told him that it was HIS responsibility as a provider to make sure the braces was approved before starting. Then he told me to pay half and that’s when I lost my temper. Also his braces would keep popping out every time he had new one. Bottom line is; my son took his braces of, still has a gap. He is a nice gentleman but need to hire someone for his billing instead of doing it himself

I went to get my braces on during my sophomore year of high school. I was told I would have my braces off by my senior year (2 years)....I graduated in 2013 -__- It’s now 2017 and I have these on..STILL. If you call you get no answer 90% of the time. And if Sid (his assistant) calls you back and you miss it, literally it takes another 3 days to get should of them. He’s a very nice man, but he’s always on vacation or out of the office for weeks at a time.. It’s April- I haven’t seen him since October of 2016!! I finally received a call last week and was told I had to wait until April 23rd. My wire keeps popping out and my brackets are now coming off my teeth and just holding on my wire by the rubberbands. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
