I’ve been to many dentists in my lifetime which warranted never going back. For many reasons but since moving to the area, I was in need of dental work. Dr. Davis is exceptional. His staff is very friendly. I am so glad I picked this place. I love it! I will definitely be referring Dr Davis and his staff to others.

My experience has been AWESOME! Being someone who gets very anxious when it’s time to visit the dentist, I was treated with patience, kindness, and gentleness the entire visit. From the receptionist to the doctors and assistants in the back. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The assistant even held my hand while I was getting a back tooth extracted. I would recommend this place to any and everyone!

Awesome staff during my dental emergency! Kyle at the front desk was efficient, friendly, and thorough. The dental/x-ray assistant also friendly, clearly high skilled, reminded me to relax! Dr. Davis quickly made me feel confident that my problem would be fixed with no need for further worry, and it was. Dr. Davis also had a fun sense of humor with both myself and his staff. Very grateful, as the last patient on a Sunday evening, to receive such great care!

I don’t write reviews however this is important that I do. The quality of the work was great with a broken tooth that I had and was fixed.. But the receptionist / appointment desk need to have some training in customer service . all I have to said is Attitude and lack of professional presentations. My first appointment gave me the impression that all of the staff is that way including the dentist. First impressions is everything ! So the client making there first appointment will feel confident that there welcome there and the work that’s going to done correctly.

Dr. Brittany and the staff at University Hts ImmediaDent were great for me today during my visit. Even though I spent about 4 hours there, they got everything I needed done and educated me on post care without even having an appointment. They all were very interpersonal, thorough with information and extremely helpful. This was by far one of my best dental experiences even though I had two teeth pulled and was extremely scared! They did everything to make sure I was comfortable, calm and understood everything they had to do. I would recommend anyone needed dental asssistance to check out immediadent, and if you cannot pay for your services up front they will work with you, check them out!
