I have been here 3 times in total. My first appointment I was supposed to have, I drove 40 mins to here and they did not tell me until I got there that they couldn’t treat me due to their systems being down. It did not bother me much and I understand me driving a long distance to them is not their problem. But was just kind of a “Really?” moment. I have seen the same complaints from other people at different times about them saying their systems being down. No issues my second appointment. My last one I had a few days ago, the doctor did have to numb me extra since the first round of numbing I could still feel his drill. Essentially most of my mouth was numbed and wore off a few hours after. But since then I have had excruciating ear and jaw pain on my left side. I just went to urgent care for my pain and they believe a nerve block happened when I was numbed. I know it’s not really his fault as I have to be numb for my fillings but it just is hurting bad and an annoying problem to have.

AVOID this location. I felt like I was on a conveyor belt every time I went. There is only one doctor in the whole building, so every meeting was only 2-3 minutes long. I never felt like my doctor actually cared about me or my care. I wish I had went to a real orthodontist. I was a Motto customer and my bottom teeth are still crooked after one year. The solution presented is to shave off more of my teeth to correct it. I had braces as a kid where that was not necessary. It is uncomfortable to have someone sandpaper your teeth away. I wish I never did business with Aspen Dental because my insurance only covers braces once per lifetime. I wish I could get a refund. Both Aspen Dental locations I worked with were dirty, and had bad customer service. Don’t get me started on how I had to prepay treatment because my insurance only pays monthly. If you have a positive balance, Aspen only refunds if you know it’s there to call and ask for it.

I went in for a very painful fractured tooth, and was able to get an exam and clear answers. The office was clean, the staff friendly, and a special thanks to Michael who was happy to offer an easy to understand and affordable plan so that I can finally be free of dental pain. I would highly recommend this office!
