I went to Dr. Citrons office for cleanings only for 2.5 years. I decided I wanted Invisalign & was required by the Orthodontist to have a check up & approval from regular dentist. x-rays showed I had a SMALL cavity between 2 of my back teeth. (I’m almost 40, never had a cavity so I trusted ,after all that time maybe I had my first one). I went to get the cavity filled so that I could move on with Invisalign. First the Assistant had the wrong chart up & mentioned I had filling, I corrected her and she debated with me before pulling up the correct chart. After Dr. Citron & the assistant Erna struggled to put the metal things between my teeth and worked liked amateurs.I was told I was almost done and kept being told “Oh its a small Cavity”, “we’re almost done. Well when it was time to correct my bite, I told her something was sticking my tongue. She kept drilling & drilling until the cusp of my 2 teeth were gone, nerves exposed. Here I am 2 crowns & 2 root canals later. HORRIBLE EXPERIENC

I was a first timer at Dr. Citron’s office and I had such a pleasant time! It was relieving because I was nervous as it had been a few years since I saw a dentist. Melissa, the front desk receptionist is very friendly and a great conversationalist. Maryann was the one who cleaned my teeth and I really appreciated how she explained everything she was doing during the cleaning process, and also provided lots of useful education for me as well! I only saw Dr. Citron for a few minutes as I was getting a cleaning done but she was interested in getting to know me and was very kind. The office is clean and well-kept as well. I definitely trust their expertise and knowledge and am happy to have found this place and am excited to be a long term patient there!

I saw this dentist as a new patient. I was very pleased; I received an effective cleaning in a very timely manner. Staff was very friendly and location was clean with a welcome feeling. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend them if you’re in need of a new dentist. A+

I have been going to Dr. Citron for at least 10 years now. She and her staff are always pleasant and I never have an issue getting an appointment. I will always recommend Dr. Citron. Even after moving to the other side of the city I still travel to her to receive oral care.

The absolutly the WORST dentist. I know someone who worked for her and she is unethical and despite her being in practice over 30 years, she is inconfident and unsure of her work which is terrible. if you want flat teeth after a filling, and pieces of teeth left in your gums after an extraction, go to her.Oh, and she is not nice if you have county assistance medicaid, she only is nice to those who pay in cash or have private insurance. PLEASE... dont do this to yourself!
