Hudec Dental

I personally don’t like the new staff team aside from the wonderful ladies at the desk. My new dentist doesn’t take the time to really look at my teeth, it feels like he’s more worried about my money. And I talked to someone on the phone about getting a new upper retainer and she said since I haven’t been there in so long it’s probably wear and tear and my insurance would cover it. I go in there and my dentist tells me I need to pay out of pocket. Not to mention my tmj problems that they literally wouldn’t help me with at all. They just told me to deal with it. Very unsatisfied. And if I reschedule 3 or 4x I can no longer go to Hudec? Atleast I do it ahead of time and not on the same day as the appointment. Things come up.

My recent appointment at Hudec Dental was a fantastic experience! The office staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Hygienist Corina was knowledgeable and gentle. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The office was clean and modern, and they had all the latest technology. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the exam and the attention to detail. She even took the time to answer all my questions and provide helpful tips for improving my oral health. I would highly recommend Hudec Dental to anyone looking for a great dentist. I’m so glad, I was referred to you by my best friend. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!" -

The receptionist staff is great however, the dentist I’m assigned to is not so great!! She has had to reseat my crown that has fallen off several times because it wasn’t sealed properly the first few times which then shifted the fit of other dental devices I have to wear. I’ve been back several times and she refuses to fix the problem (A problem I never had until after the dentist made certain adjustments to my crown). The solution was offered for me to pay out hundreds of more dollars to send my device out to the lab and get it fixed. Which I don’t think I should have to because I didn’t have any issues with my dental device until after she made the adjustments to my original dental work. I will not be returning to her. However, now I have to pay another dentist hundreds of dollars to have my issues fixed. I wish the dentist I originally started out with never left my location. He was awesome. And they brought her in to replace him. That’s how I was assigned to her.

My initial consultation was very insightful. Everyone was pleasant and professional, from the receptionist, x-ray technician, dental assistant and the dentist. The office manager was able to show what my out-of-pocket cost would be (very low) after my insurance coverage payment, as well as the procedures to be performed from beginning to end. I felt even more comfortable as we celebrate Women’s History Month, that this office is run entirely by women.

Received great service. Little to no wait before my appointment & the staff were very friendly. I also experienced no pain during my procedure. I’ve come to get multiple fillings and crowns & each time my service is just as great as the last visit. 10/10
