Not only is Dr Silver incredible with my 5 year old son, Judy at the front desk is also amazing with comforting my concerns, answering any questions and flexible with my very holistic mindset. They both have gone above and beyond to make our visits a very positive experience. They are kind to my younger children and were welcoming when I had to bring all three of my children on my own. They have kid shows playing in the room for dental work and are very playful when getting a child familiar with the equipment. Also the dental assistant is just wonderful as well. They made a very nervous mom feel safe. They don’t treat you like a number here, Judy even told me to take my time on my drive up. I will absolutely recommend this dentist and it is well worth the hour drive for us!

I was extremely impressed with Dr Silvers knowledge and professionalism. I am very wary of medical professionals because of bad experiences, but Dr Silver removed 6 amalgam fillings from my mouth with zero complications. I thought I would have discomfort for weeks after the procedures, but it was only a few days and my bite felt completely normal with zero sensitivity or pain. I have since recommended several family members to him with complete confidence and will be going back to him should I have any issues. But I haven’t and it’s been three years!

I am rating my experience a 1 star because Google will not let me rate this business as a 0 star. If I could rate this, it would be a 0 star review. I went to Dr. Silver after re-locating to the area based on recommendations on the NextDoor App. The staff was very friendly when they took my appointment and informed me that he did a consult prior to a cleaning, so I needed to book two appointments one for the consult and one for the cleaning (which I have never done before). I did so and arrived today for my consult to get x-rays, the works. Staff was friendly upon arrival, and during the entire process. I actually was very happy to find a great dentist in the area, he took the time to talk to me and ensured me what I needed to be aware of etc. Overall, he was a great doctor and his staff was fantastic. The check out process, was NOT transparent and has led me to a horrible experience. I had already made my cleaning appointment, so as I confirmed the appointment, the administrator informed me that I needed to pay for today’s services. NEVER was this mentioned, not on the 15 minute intro call for scheduling, not upon arrival, but AFTER services were rendered. I have dental insurance, but I had to pay out of pocket? I was confused--how was this not shared prior to this point? I completely support-however- you choose to do your billing, but the lack of transparency was completely upsetting and quite frankly ridiculous. I have never, ever been to a dentist that did NOT bill your insurance and then request funds from you where necessary. Instead, today I left with a consult (confirming I had good teeth and needed a cleaning--which I already knew) and a $365 bill because "it was such a hassle to wait for billing from insurance". So now the burden is on me to wait for insurance to reimburse me. This is not consumer centric, this is not transparent, this is NOT an okay practice. Based on that, I CANNOT recommend this office. I had a horrible experience and since have canceled my cleaning appointment, which was the ENTIRE reason I went to the office today. I cannot express my dissatisfaction.

We went from a dentist that really caused issues for us, to one that required perfection ($70k in recommended costs). My endodentist recommended Dr. Silver. Wow, what a fantastic change. He found a reasonable compromise on my teeth that fixed my bite for significantly less money (no, it’s not all about the money, but geez!). His knowledge (he keeps very up to date) and care is greatly appreciated by both me and my husband, who followed me there. He and his staff are also just really nice. The office is efficient too - billing gets done timely (unlike our prior experiences)! I highly recommend Dr. Silver.

Dr Silver is the best. I came to him several years ago with a significant issue caused by another dentist. He is incredibly competent and a perfectionist with his work. His wife is the receptionist and makes it incredibly easy to make appointments (I can email her). In the past, I’ve had to bring my baby with me and she has offered to keep an eye on the sleeping baby while I was in for a cleaning. Great family feel and they care about their patients.
