I will continue treatment with them from now on. Finally a dental office I feel comfortable & confident with. Recently visited as a new client and was extremely impressed with the staff. Dr Harrison has built an amazing team. Draya, Erin, and Kris were literally the best, taking time to explain everything and answer questions with patience and clarity. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend.

My extremely high quality level of service began with Erin ( works the front desk). She called to remind me on Mar. 19th to remind me of my April appointment and to let me know that if I was available they could get me in earlier. I asked about if any openings the day she called and she squeezed me in for what would be my very first visit there. She was extremely pleasant and helpful with the initial new patient intake paperwork. As soon as I completed it, Kris, the dental hygienist was there at the door to take me back. Kris was also pure “gold” with her demeanor, explanation of the process, the chronology thereof, and genuinely very pleasantly thorough. She was patient with my questions and most definitely a warm kind hearted person with her responses. Since this was my first appointment with the dentist in quite sometime, she explained her findings, while clinically examining my teeth and gums, as well as explaining what techniques and stages it would take her to reach the point where Dr. Harrison would be able to consult with me about the actual dental work that would be necessary. She also explained very thoroughly and demonstrating the type of home care would that would be necessary of me and answered all my questions fully to my understanding and satisfaction. She is definitely gem and huge asset to the practice, consistent with my experience with Erin. Dr. Harrison himself took the time to come in the room, even though I was only there at that point for a cleaning prior to a subsequent appointment with him. He was also very personable, and demonstrated much patience with me volunteering my symptomology, I gave him about what I believed were cavities based on their sensitivity for a long period of time to cold water and general pain. even though that wasn’t the purpose of the appointment. In fact, he went ahead and pointed out the X-ray findings which Kris had taken, which he believed were probably likely problematic in terms of the etiology of the pain and sensitivity I described to him. I explained to both him and Kris that I would be out of the country, departing in a month and not returning for a month so if it all possible, they could achieve in that very short timeframe as much as possible. Most especially, his initial belief that will likely require a root canal and cavity filling. They immediately sought to accommodate my time schedule by checking their calendar in the examination room and with Kris, I coordinated another visit for a couple days later. They definitely are going to try to fast track what I need done at a minimum before my trip. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone based on this initial experience, which typically I have never experienced such level of genuine concern , patience with my questions, and very well reasoned and thorough thoughtful responses to my satisfaction. Additionally, the proof is in the pudding, as far as them taking the time while I was still undergoing the cleaning procedure to book some dates within the same week to get me where I need to be prior to being out of the country overseas on business for a month. I had a great experience. They got me in within no time at all. They have an amazing office staff that make you feel welcome (even with ridiculous questions*). I hadn’t been to the dentist in ages and their dental hygienist was thorough, informative and happy to help me turn things around. I knew I had to have a tooth pulled and I was dreading it. The Dr and his assistant pulled it with no pain and had me on my. They have restored my faith in going to the dentist. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Harrison, Dre, and the front office team are excellent! I had to have 2 crowns replaced from another dentist that has significant decay. Dr. Harrison and Dre are very focused on yours comfort and experience, explain the process (if you want to know) along the way, and have that extra touch of follow-up to make sure you are doing okay! Highly Recommend the Team!
