I visited this location this past Monday morning with a tooth ache. After checking in I was notified by the manager Sam, that since I didn’t have an appointment it could be a long wait because of scheduled appointments with long procedures . I’m guessing she notice the distress I was in, because she helped me secure an appointment at another location. Although I was still in pain I was very grateful that Sam went above and beyond her duties to help me. It’s very rare that you find someone who’s willing to help you more than they’re required. Once again Thank you! Mr. Hill

I am a repeat denture customer. Aspen did my upper denture. Now I trust them to do my lower extraction of 8 teeth and install an immediate denture. They were careful to explain to me everything about how a lower denture usually is glued down with a denture adhesive. They hope to avoid that by using implant screws that will snap on the permanent denture. It was explained that the denture snaps come in various strengths. I am very happy and confident about this.

My experience was horrible. My first visit I had a cleaning and impressions made for partials. This part was a pretty good experience. Down hill from there. Walked out with my care credit charged $11,0300 ( my fault, never should’ve allowed the charge). After a day of research, contacting my dental insurance and care credit.I contacted Aspen to cancel all further appointments and requested a full credit to my card. It took from 1/16 till 2/7 to get resolve. DO YOUR RESEARCH and get pre authorization from your provider BEFORE you agree to anything other than a cleaning. They will inflate services and prices for procedures. SHAME ON Aspen Dental.

I attended Aspen dental and I was surprised at the professionalism of all the workers there. They greeted me with very good professionalism. Endthey were very polite. Thank it took me and my need as far as to the problem that I presented them with if I have to do it all again. I would do it with Aspen dental. I’m going to make Aspen Dental care my home where all my dental needs are handled in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who may need dental care. Thank you
