I love Dr. Hermann and his staff. I have been going to him for almost 18 years. He has been our children’s dentist since day one. He has been very helpful with guiding us toward braces for one child and sending us to a pediatrician dentist for the other when she needed specialty work done due to her age, we’ve always returned. He offers early morning appointments and late night too which has been lost convent for our crazy schedules.

Dr. Hermann is a great dentist. Fast, efficient, and gentle. He is patient with my children, and made my daughter feel at ease when she was anxious during a procedure. My husband had tooth pain and they got him in the next day. The hygienists are friendly and do a good job, and the office staff is friendly. It is always clean and quiet as well. I have recommended them to many people.

Terrible office staff. Denied me an appt. after 20 years unless I make same day appt. I work full time and they know that is impossible. Office manager called me a liar to my face.

I have been happy with the office for more than 5 years, until recently I had pleasure to meet office manager. She is absolutely rude and most unprofessional person I ever met! We were told one information over the phone by someone from the office and when we came to the appointment she was telling us something completely different. I explained to her multiple times what we were told but she refused to listen to me. Long story short, instead of applogies for obvious miss communication she offered to me " turn around and walk away" , is not this is great customer service! As I was taken to the procedure cabinet, she told one of her co-workers that she will make sure I will not be seen at this office again. Then I asked her if I heard her correctly, she repeated to me that they can refuse to see certain patients. Obviously this dental office does not care about their patients, even though myself and my husband have been seen there for over 5 years, and all we wanted to do is to sign up our dougther with the office too.
