When asked to do the Panaramic X‐Ray, asked if it was covered and they said yes. Come to find out it wasn’t covered then was given a surprise bill at the end of $200. If a procedure isn’t covered they are supposed to give estimates. Plus, I’m pretty sure the law has a "No Surprise Billing Act" in Ohio. Also, the Hygienist did not consider pain during cleaning. The discomfort was stated, no apology given, nor anything given to ease the pain. A patient’s comfort, and pain level should ALWAYS be given consideration.

My twin and I both got our lnvisalign done here and we loved the hygienist, doctors and front desk so much that we made it our home dentist office. I wish I found them sooner because not only is everyone so warm and friendly but the dentist are super talented. Dr. Mike recently treated my fillings and re-did my composite to look perfect! I 💯 would recommend this office!!!

Third visit to this office and my experience gets better with each visit. Lisa was my hygienist and I will make a point of making sure I am scheduled with her every time! Very happy with Dr. Azary too. This was my first time seeing her. The front office staff is so nice! Happy to find a new dentist after relocating to OH a couple of years ago.

My family has been going to Dr. Davidson for many years. They have the friendliest staff for the youngest of children to adults with dentist anxiety and everything in between.
