Both of my daughters have gotten their braces at The Brace Place, and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly, the office is very efficient...we've never had to wait. And Dr. G is great with parents and patients. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs orthodonture.

Customer service was extremely dissatisfying. I am very polite and in no way came off as rude but received serious attitude for simply questioning the policies given. I also called the following week and spoke to someone who told me they would return my call later that day with the information I requested and never got the call back. Not returning.

Highly recommended - I've been bringing my daughter here to the Jacksonville/Neptune Beach for the past year and I must say that we have never had a bad visit. The doctor and staff are very professional and pleasant. The office itself is always well kept and esthetically pleasing. And the availability of appointments has always made it easy to schedule considering my busy schedule.
