David R Patton, DDS Dental Care of Solon

Simply the nicest guy out there. Tried others (big mistake). Haven’t had another dentist (and their office staff) be as kind and competent. Edited old review. Dr. Patton is still nice but the new office staff is absolutely awful. They are so rude and unhelpful even to make a simple appointment. After trying unsuccessfully to make a cleaning appointment (this time after being on hold for 14 minutes and having to call back only to get someone telling me I called the wrong number the first time (I am to believe there is another dr Patton at the same number looking at his schedule for 14 minutes?? 😂) and giving me total attitude and telling me they don’t have any 8am appointments any day any month on the calendar and no Mondays and no Fridays I give up. Going to find a new dentist which is a shame. Way to screw up a good practice.

Dr. Patron and his staff is very professional and it’s a very clean environment however when the patient is not satisfied with the service/crown provided the team tends to convince you it’s fine then they would shy away and avoid calls with hopes the patient will go away. I paid way too money to walk away and will continue to seek a full refund even if I have to the extra mile.

They are extremely nice and caring. Dr Patton treats you like a human being and not just another patient in an assembly line of other patients. If you’re worried about going to the dentist or a coward like me this is definitely the place for you customer service is definitely high up on their priority list.

I had a wonderful experience at Dental Care of Solon. Dr. Patton and his staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to address any questions or concerns I had. I was genuinely touched by Dr. Patton’s understanding of my financial circumstances, as he graciously offered me a discount without me asking. As a student, this act of kindness meant the world to me. Without a doubt, I would be more than happy to return to Dr. Patton for any future dental needs I may have.

Dr. Patton is excellent. He is not only very skilled and knowledgeable; he makes sure the patient is comfortable and understands procedures as well as the costs associated with them. His office staff are great, too! Highly recommended
