Dr Orchen is/was great. Since he retired this place has become a shell of itself. The staff is rude, they cancel appointment 30 minutes prior (2x) and never answer the phone or return ANY calls. I have pulled my children from this office and will never go back. Do not even waste your time with this place as you will never be treated how anyone should be. They also miss cavities somehow so if you want your kids to get root canals, this is your place!!!! What a joke.

The dentist was very patient with my son and talked him through everything she was doing. She also made me comfortable as a parent as I saw her being firm yet compassionate with my son. I would recommend this office to every family possible.

Everyone was amazing, my son had a traumatic experience from a previous provider, and was petrified to go to the dentist. We came here and the wait was not long at all maybe 15min max. The ladies explained to my son everything they were doing, and allowed him to feel the tool that was being used on him first. Overall, our first visit was a success!

My children’s doctor referred me to this establishment. I called right after my son’s doctors appointment the lady informed me I need both kids Insurance id numbers ( I don’t just carry around important stuff). I said fine asked her whattime they closed she told me 430. I rushed home to get there cards and I called back 3 Times! Between 330 and 430 I got no answer. Today I called three times so far got an answer from the answering service around 210pm. She was very rude!!! Trying to ask her if they where open today she kept cutting me off saying she could take a message. After I told her twice i didn’t want to leave a message because I am at work and I don’t want to miss the callback. After going through all of this just to schedule an appointment I could just imagine what it would be like actually taking my kids here. I will be finding some where else. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Excellent Staff & Child Friendly Office - My children have been going there for years and love to visit the dentist. The waiting room has video game consoles and a playhouse with slides. The staff is friendly and make the kids feel great about visiting the dentist. We have moved and their location isn’t close to us any longer, yet my girls don’t want any other dentist so we continue to drive out to see them.
