DR IRINA we were seen on 3/22/2024. I was told that minor could not get seen unless I paid a portion of the $50.50 that was old which when calling both insurance companies the is a law under provider write where I should not have been charged I am requesting a full refund for $89.10 and $25.25. Tried to call the Doctor and she was not not available tried calling again the this week she was not available. The claim was never resubmitted to either insurances company to see if there is something more that could be done. Also when I spoke to the both insurance companies one stated they did not have a claim for the charges that were shown to me. again I am requesting a full refund. I was explained to from both insurance companies Dental Essentials performing billing fraud

Today was my first visit at this office, and I highly recommend! Everyone in the office was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The doctor is very gentle compared to other offices too. I will be making this my new dental office. :)
