AMATEURS!! The receptionist is rude. The employees do not speak English well enough. The dentist, while working on your teeth, also talks to employee in Arabic about prices!! Even at the moment of surgery!! They thought I didn’t understand them, so they were talking about prices even at the moment of surgery!!! While the machine in my mouth I was watching them as surprised!! There is not a single price!!! The dentist is very amateur. She doesn’t care about your pain or health. She was very fast when she was cleaning my teeths for filling. MY TEETH STILL HURTING ME BECAUSE THEY WERE SO FAST, THEY WERE SO IRRESPONSIBLE, THEY WERE AMATEURS.

Omg, only saw her 2x and the last time she ruined my tooth...FRONT TOOTH!!!! I have no choice but to have it pulled. I got an infection that spread to my face. She looked like she rolled out of bed and she hit a vape while walking down the hall. Smh, the new dentist suggested that she be reported to Columbus so she won’t be able to do anyone else this way

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First let me say the STAFF, was amazing, the receptionist, and the dental assistant were amazing. My issue is with the actual dentist. I repeatedly reminded her that I was not fully numb. She said that’s weird, after a few shots you should’ve been numb. So she tells Me to relax, and then goes in for the extraction. Again I told her that I was in pain and that I could still feel it. She again tells me to relax and goes to pulling at my tooth, which I can feel cracking everywhere in my mouth, once it’s all the way out she does not clean it, let me do any rinsing nor does she suction out any of the blood in my mouth. She shoved a gauze in my mouth (not even places it correctly) and tells me to stand up and that it was done. I went to my car and I was leaking and gushing blood out of my mouth all over my face and clothes. I went BACK in to get help. She again tells me to relax and says "it’s not even bleeding anymore" and places a second gauze in my mouth. So about a hour later, when I’m at home. I am leaking blood once again, and I go to add another gauze to stop the bleeding and I find a huge chunk of my tooth sitting in the back of my mouth that the dentist failed to remove with the rest of the tooth. Which I could’ve choked on. I will 100% report this place to whoever I can.
