I would give them a 0 if possible. Going here was a very horrible and stressful experience. It took the lab 3 try’s before getting my crown decent, not to mention it took almost 6 months for the one crown. The receptionists never contacted me when the crowns came in, nor did they return the voicemails I left. I had to continually call and get someone to answer the phone to find out anything that was going on. After 3 1/2 months of having to come back and everything being wrong, I told them to have the regional manager call me. It took her a week to call, and she tried to make it seem over voicemail that she had tried to contact me before that, but she had not. After I finally got my crown, I was supposed to get 3 more done. The teeth have temporary fillings, so it’s important to get them done asap. Well, they kept telling me they would call to schedule the appointment, and would never call. I called once a week to try and get this over with, but they, again, never returned voicemails, or if I got a hold of someone, they kept telling me they would call me back. That happened 4 times in the month and I still never heard from anyone. From lab to reception to managers, they are very unprofessional and the way they treated me was very childish and terrible. Having dental work done is stressful as it is, and they definitely made it 10 times worse. I’m not sure if the owner of the business knows how they acted and treated a patient, but if not, I sure hope they see this review.

This place honestly isn’t good. I do not recommend. I’ve had so many bad experiences. 1. It takes forever to get them to answer the phone so you can schedule an appointment. I called everyday for 2 weeks and no one answered. For my first appointment, there was no one at the front desk for 30 minutes so me and other patients weren’t able to check in 2. I went in for a cleaning and they didn’t clean and ended up checking on one of my fillings. 3. They tried to do a procedure that would have cost me around $500 dollars. They said my insurer covered it and thank God I double checked because they did not. Poorly ran place.

TLDR- Months of pain from getting such badly done fillings here. They redrilled to try to get it right so many times that I finally had to pay to get it fixed elsewhere. Not just me, they’re getting a reputation for overdrilling and fillings done so poorly they don’t heal. I wish I could give 0 stars. FINAL UPDATE: I am relieved to report that only 6 HOURS after redoing my most painful filling from this place elsewhere, I can now eat w/o pain, on the right side of my mouth, for the 1st time since Nov 9. That was the day LDG drilled my teeth for the 1st time by Sam under Dr. Farraj’s care, though I had no pain going in. They then spent weeks redoing these fillings, over and over, without any relief from the pain. In 2 days I will have 2 more of their fillings redone, totaling just 3 of the 8 teeth they drilled. I have been warned none of them were done well, so I can look forward to more redos. I have already spent over $800 out of pocket bc the 5th dentist I saw was the only one confident that he could deal with LDG’s work w/o tons of unnecessary crowns and root canals, so after months of pain and time missed at my job I reached out of network. The fillings were so misshapen that I had both broken pieces and still intact pieces protruding into my gums, which never would have healed without a complete redo. LDG said the pain was simply caused from my own sensitivities & to give it a few more MONTHS to heal, but turns out it only takes a few hours when done correctly, & when other dentists are happy to remove all of the extra material embedded in my gums. UPDATE 3: The other filling they did now cracked in half, broke off & flew into the sink when I flossed. I was then telling this story to friends last night & I found out 2 others I know also go here & suddenly needed many fillings done just after being told they had no cavities & never needing any before. The new dentist here is drill-happy & I wish I had never let them touch my teeth when I had no symptoms at all, because now my teeth are so drilled up I might need root canals. All of us are still in pain after what should have been basic work there many weeks ago, & had no pain beforehand. UPDATE 2: The nightmare continues. I had to wait weeks and called diligently to get in to an endodontist for root canals they now said I needed on those two teeth they kept having to redo. I finally scored a canceled appointment slot through a miracle and calling everywhere, but when I went in the doctor told me the problem was not root canals, but 1) a large filling shard left between my teeth breaking my gums open, and 2) the other filling has cracked in half. The pain has gotten so bad that I am now only eating foods I reduce to slop first, if I eat at all. Time to call around tomorrow to get these fillings looked at AGAIN. At this point, even LDG has encouraged me to get a second opinion elsewhere, because they don’t know what they did to cause the pain. UPDATE 1: Bumping my rating down again as it’s been almost a week since the re-redo and that tooth is still hurting and bleeding, so it will need to be looked at at my next appointment in two days instead of fixing my other side. Again. Two steps forward and three steps back now. I should have went elsewhere the moment they told me they needed to redo their own work. The only reason I didn’t is because they said they had a new thorough doctor...except she’s not even the one doing the fillings. ORIGINAL: Everybody there is so friendly and listens well, but be prepared to go in multiple times for the same problem. Turns out I have to get many fillings redone that they did under a different doctor last year, and now I just had to get my left side re-redone because one of the redone fillings was a problem. Then that means I had to reschedule out the work on the other side I was supposed to get so that I have a side to eat on while this heals, again. It’s two steps forward and one step back with this place. Unfortunately I have had worse luck elsewhere, and they’re the nicest office I have found that will take Caresource.

I needed an emergency appointment for my 89 year old mother with a swollen jaw. They were able to get us in immediately. They were very understanding and patient with her. Through x-rays and a cleaning they were very supportive of her even though she hadn’t been to a dentist in over 20 years. Anna was careful and gentle in cleaning teeth that had been neglected. Thanks again to the whole staff for continuing to service our entire family.
