Being new to this area and a new patient, I was a bit nervous for this first visit. But my experience set me at ease from the start. Dawn had my insurance approved. Tru, the hygienist, was friendly and professional, treating me as a person and not just another patient. The intake and x-rays were easy and my cleaning efficient and pain free. Dr. Dahlia did a brief exam, confirmed that I needed no further procedures, and the clinic rescheduled me for 6 month hence. If a dental visit can be pleasant, this was it!

I always tell the dentists when getting fillings that the usual amount of lidocaine given does not make me numb enough. My dentist at Hudec in Broadview Heights never listened, and would get frustrated when I would get upset because I would be in pain. Here, they stopped immediately, gave me more numbing meds, and make genuine efforts to make me feel supported/calm me down.

Rocky River Dental is amazing! Dr. Farr and his staff are so nice and they make you feel at home! I detest going to the dentist, but I’m sure that I won’t have any problem going back for cleanings, etc. As an added plus, you can’t beat the view!
