This particular visit was a poor experience...the Dr. was being short with the dental assistants and complaining about things that should have not been addressed in front of patients! Then, at checkout, I was blindsided with a $400 bill do to my insurance having a "frequency" policy. I was there to get a filling fixed that broke after only a couple week! I was not made aware that I was going to be charged for a whole new filling and photos! They should have let me know this UPFRONT! I did receive a "discount", but still...I should have been told that I had to pay out the butt to fix something that wasn’t even my fault. If I took my car to the shop and they repaired something...I EXPECT it to last more than a couple weeks!! Same with a filling!!

Great Job!! I was an emergency root canal. They took me in right away with no appointment and fixed me up after being in extreme pain all night. Highly recommended! Best dentist office I’ve ever been to!! I will be driving the 45 mins for this office from now on

My fiancé had been dealing with a bad tooth I called around to see who could get us in. when I called Brecksville Dental I immediately knew this is where we were going to go .Trinity answered and was so helpful. They got us in right away. Even when we had to reschedule we got in the next week the staff was amazingly friendly And the doctor was very friendly as well. He got his tooth pulled no problem and we are going back for him to get a cleaning. I would recommend this place to anyone the atmosphere the staff, the doctor and the service are all amazing.

Dr Mo and Brecksville Dental staff are the best I’ve ever had. The facility is state of the art! In my experience my visits are painless and they are extremely fast, kind, gentle and totally knowledgeable. I never feel that anything being done is not absolutely necessary there!! Dr. Mo is the way to go for long term dental health! You’re welcome for the new slogan!!! :)
