Made two material lies on the phone with me when arranging care for my daughter. 1) stated that insurance reimburses clients without having first confirmed that with insurance 2) stated I wasn’t billed after receiving the below notices for need of payment. They are trying to get as much money from the clients as possible without working with insurance. Update: after talking to my insurance, I confirmed that they were handling billing and insurance incorrectly. In addition they purposely avoided telling us we were out of network.

Dr.P and team are awesome! Such an easy transition into Invisalign. I was skeptical at first that my child would be compliant , but the process was so easy. he was able to complete weekly scans himself at home and took accountability with the responsibility of wearing them as instructed. Easy and quick communication, text any questions or appointment schedules. Thank you Dr P, you rock!

I was explained everything in a way I could understand and make informed decisions. Thank you !!!! See you next week to pick up retainers and as needed for new ones :)

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Papandreas and his staff. They were very kind and knowledgeable, scheduling was easy and convenient. The Invisalign program was completed in a year time, including weekly scans via a phone app and just a few “in person “ appointments. Now my daughter has a beautiful smile. We will come back to Papandreas Orthodontics with our youngest daughter.
