I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bakos and her staff. I live two hours away and called desperate for a root canal because no one in my area could get me in. The person on the phone was kind and compassionate and they got me in the very next morning. Dr. Bakos was great. She spent time making sure of which tooth it was and she explained the procedure in detail prior to starting and all throughout. The root canal itself was pain free and I got immediate relief. I was sent home with printed detailed instructions on how to care for the tooth after. The office even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I will drive the two hours to Dr. Bakos. She and her staff are wonderful.

Dr Bakos is so knowledgeable and reassuring. She made a very stressful experience much easier. Her staff was also kind and empathetic. She answered my many questions & offered information and explanations throughout my procedure. I highly recommend calling her. She stayed hours late to treat my tooth because I was in so much pain. Her office is easily to reach. Her prices are low for the area. Such a blessing to find her.

I received the most exceptional care from Dr. Bakos today. She performed a very intricate root canal (that another endontist was not able to perform) with ease and kept me comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend scheduling with her if you need an endontist. The receptionist is also a very lovely gentleman. I don’t like getting dental work done but this place is top notch.

Dr. Bakos is amazing! I had a very bad abscess develop from a previous root canal (done by another dentist). I was in excruciating pain and she was able to see me the day that I went in to see the dentist. She drained the abscess, started me on antibiotics and I followed up a few days later. She gave me her personal cellphone number with instructions to call if I had any issues or questions. She called me the next afternoon (on a Saturday) to check in on me. Overall, it took a few trips to clear the infection, but I feel confident that I will no longer have any trouble with this tooth. The root canal itself was painless and she asked plenty of times if I was having any discomfort. Her assistants are all very personable and seem to genuinely care. Becky at the front desk was so nice and was amazing at taking care of all the insurance claims and was able to tell me exactly how much I would be responsible for, so there were no surprises. Becky also followed up after every appointment with a phone call to be sure that I did not have any issues or questions. All in all, Dr. Bakos and her team are all top notch and I will recommend her to anyone who is need of an endodontist. Root canals and tooth pain are the worst, but this team makes the experience pleasant!

I had my first root canal and was so nervous about it. Dr. Bakos was very sweet and pleasant. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I was pain free throughout the entire experience. Her staff is also very friendly and made me comfortable. I would recommend her for any dental procedure.
