Excellent service. She performed miracles for me! I had class 3 malocclusion that she corrected. She is very knowledgeable and conscientious. Throughout the years, I had been referred to other orthodontists who said they could not help me. She did!

All I can say is WOW! I’ve never been so mistreated, pushed off and talked down too by a professional. Dr Barbosa was a new orthodontist to the office. Our current Dr left to go back to Cleveland is what I was told. I was so upset with the way she was talking to me I had to tell her that, it’s not always what you say but how you say it. I’m not the only one she talks to like this though. Her own staff she is very rude to as well. They apologize for her and I feel bad because it’s those ladies who lost a great orthodontist and ended up with her. The office ladies have been seeing me and my two children for 2+ years now. I go in every 3 months and the kids every 6 months for cleaning and my daughter for her ortho appointments. We are there a lot! I hate to leave but I refuse to be that uncomfortable when I’m the one who pays for these services. I will not have a Doctor of any kind tell me to stop questioning them. when all I’m trying to do is understand and make sense of all what was in front of me. At the end of the day with this major procedure that my daughter had to endure and I had one of two options that I needed to choose, I was in the best interest of my daughter and I felt that she wasn’t. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

Worst orthodontic experience I’ve had after I went to over 5 doctors for consultations. Very unprofessional and rude. She exaggerated my dental issues, even comparing them to cancer. All the other doctors I went to referred to these issues as minor problems. Definitely go to someone else, especially since she charges $70 (in cash) for a terrible consultation.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Exceedingly unprofessional. Told my baby sister that she “looked wrong” and compared her teeth to cancer. We went to a different orthodontist and got Invisalign for her with no problem and had a great doctor. Don’t see this woman if you can avoid it. Wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.
