Highly Recommended 2I have been going here for about 3 years. I have been very happy with the doctor and hygienists there. Recently, I have needed some work on ill-fitting temporary crowns. Both times, Rita was able to fix the crowns to make them so much more comfortable. She took the time to make sure that they were done correctly. She was so nice and kind and understanding. She cares about her patients and always makes sure that they are comfortable in and out of the office.

The staff is awesome and very dedicated. They have always treated me fairly and they don’t nickel and dime you like other dentist offices I have visited prior. The facility is very clean and neat. They use the latest technology and walk you through every step of the way! I cannot say enough good things about Randy, Dr. Russel, and the team of diligent dental hygienists and receptionists! Merit Dental deserves five stars! I have been going there for about 4 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you!!

All of the staff are extremely welcoming and very nice. My dental hygienist was so knowledgeable and helpful. She also was so kind and uplifting when I was upset about the issues with my teeth I need to get work done on. Dr Russell is a sweetheart as well and she only wants the best for her patients 10/10 definitely recommend!

Dr. Russell is truly unique in the medical field, as is her supporting team at the Strongsville Office. I have seen dentists all over the country for the past 20 years; dealing w/ a myriad of dental challenges, & what I can say is that, not only has Dr. Russell resolved my problem in a way that was pain free, but did so in a way that made this feel like it wasn’t something I had to do alone...She, and her team, became like family and were there every step of the journey! The entire team is one of a kind and has the perfect balance of knowledge, expertise, and execution. I could not have been any more impressed and they ALL warrant this 5-Star review.

My teeth cleaning by Madonna was, as always, thorough, informative & pleasant. She is caring & insists on my being comfortable during the procedure. The staff is also professional, pleasant & helpful. I highly recommend Merit Dental if you are in need or are looking for a new dentist. They are terrific!
