Aspen Dental

The technician had to xray my right bitewing 6 times before she realized the machine was not properly working. She finally asked someone to help her but by that time I had already been dosed with 6x more radiation exposure than I should have received with the xray. I lost confidence after this occurred and will not use Aspen dental for any procedures for my dental heakth.

I specifically came to aspen dental because I was looking for a dentist that was available on Saturdays. I was told that Saturday appointments were available. I scheduled appointments for myself and my two children. The initial appointment was over an hour long for x rays only and a consultation. Afterward a staff member bright me to the office to schedule cleanings. For which she stated that the dentist does not provide cleanings on Saturdays. I thanked her for providing me with false information and wasting my time and money and left. I do not recommend aspen dental.

I wanted to get a 2nd opinion on some dental care. So I had a few friends tell me aspen dental we ❤️ them. So I said ok I’ll give them a shot. So glad I did. From the time it took me to book an appointment online to to ease of getting an appointment I was shocked. They called me to confirm the appointment went the next day since my tooth was bothering me. From the time I got there I now knew why my friends ❤️ em. Between the nicest office staff I’ve ever seen to the work that was done I was wondering why I didn’t do it sooner the dr checked my teeth told me exactly what was going on with them to the financing dept explaining everything to them gettitn me in the same day for a deep cleaning ( the hygienist was incredible and had alot of patience with me and I was squeemish lol she was excellent! Flying colors. I could go on but I don’t feel like writing a book. Hands down the best service I’ve received from a dental office in a long time. Hands down to the crew at aspen dental def will b making the switch. U guys saved my smile!

I have to say. I have ALWAYS avoided going to the dentist until I came to Aspen. Dr. G is the best dentist I have ever met and very good at his work. The staff is wonderful, always welcoming and helpful. Even though my dental health was a "new years resolution " I will never be a stranger to good care ever again. Thank you for all you have accomplished for me so far.

I called to schedule a cleaning and told the scheduler that my insurance was expiring at the end of the month, so I wanted to schedule something prior to the end of the year. Even though I knew I didn’t need any X-rays, I was told it was their policy to do them for any new patient. I didn’t mind even though my regular dentist just did them a few months ago. But when they took me in after the x-rays, they told me they would not be doing a cleaning today, even though that is what the appointment for was for. They told me they would have to schedule it at a later date. Luckily (or so I thought I was lucky) they were able to squeeze me in today at another office 40 miles away. But when they told me it would be over $3,000 for a cleaning I told them I just wanted a regular cleaning and they refused to schedule me for a regular cleaning. I’m not sure what’s involved in their $3,000 cleaning but all I wanted was a standard cleaning but they refused to do that. Sounds like a scam. Not sure why the scheduler didn’t tell me up front that they would not do a cleaning at my first appointment even though that’s what I asked to schedule.
