I have been going to this office for well over ten years and within the last three to four years there has been a significant change. The levels of professionalism has declined. I Constantly receive bills after every service when they should be billed to the insurance company. Our appointments have been canceled, rescheduled or not scheduled correctly. No one takes ownership for their actions. Clients are treated POORLY here. I would not Refer anyone to this office.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE My daughter had a filling done here and when she went back a few weeks later, because it was still hurting, she found out the Dr. drilled to close to the nerve and now she needs a root canal. Also, I have had them cancel several apt. For my daughters and they dont call until the day of. Then they are very rude about reschedulling

Please do not go to this dentist if you can avoid it. I had several fillings done here. Probably around 5 or 6. The dentist’s hands shake CONSTANTLY. I’m not sure if he has Parkinson’s or what? But he needs to retire. His hands shake during the entire procedure and especially when giving injections. He had to do the injections multiple times because he kept missing the correct spot. Which caused me a lot of pain. One of the fillings he did fell out a week later and he had to redo it. That one is currently breaking down in my mouth now and will have to be redone again. All 5 of the other fillings did ended up breaking down and had to be replaced a year later. Of course by a different dentist. But it costed me hundreds of dollars to have them repaired. He doesn’t talk much or explain any of the work he is doing. Also you should expect 90% of the water, toothpaste, rinse etc. that is supposed to go in your mouth to end up on your shirt. Again please just do yourself a favor and don’t go here. You’ll avoid a lot of pain, frustration and loss of money.

Started as a patient here because of insurance. This is a pretty traditional, no-nonsense dental practice. When our coverage changed, we tried a different dentist closer to home, with newer equipment and TVs at each chair, etc. They just weren’t as GOOD, and now we’re back. This practice doesn’t say you need a cap when a filling will do. They’re not going to try the most extreme treatment first. And, if you end up with a balance of like $30 due, they’re not the one calling 4 times a week and threatening to send to collections (like the other one I went to). This practice has improved, and they are great with my kids.
