Chagrin Falls Dental

As a new client., I came here experiencing pain and some swelling in my jaw with suspected TMJ. After "examining" me for all of 2 minutes, it was confirmed. I was fitted for a mouth guard and was told it would be a week turnaround. After almost 2 weeks and no correspondence I called and was told a few different stories as to why the mouth guard still wasn’t ready for pick up. Understandably, this was very frustrating for me as I was in a ton of pain. A few more days went by and I was finally able to come in and pick it up. The staffs attitude was very cold and I was given the mouth guard and broom swept out the door. This thing does not fit. The assistant did mention it would be tight at first, but flash forward a few months and this thing is still so uncomfortable I am worried about the integrity of my teeth. I called to express this and was once again met with a rude attitude and told to just "keep wearing it". My insurance didn’t cover this so I am out $300 on a mouth guard that was ill fit and an unprofessional, unwelcoming and incompetent office I have no desire to return to. Zero stars for this place. Go somewhere that actually cares about their customers and not just pocketing money to fund the ridiculous Nespresso machine in the lobby.

I’ve never really liked going to a dentist. That is because I had not found Chagrin Falls Dental, Dr. Bresciani and his professional staff. They are right here in Chagrin Falls with plenty of parking space and "Coffee, anyone?" when you arrive. That’s all nice, but the real reason I depend on the people at Chagrin Fall Dental is that they can most every dental situation. You should see my new front tooth. And they are always concerned for my comfort. So convenient and so competent.

I haven’t seen a dentist in many years. I lost a large filling and needed to get it fixed. Based on Google reviews and the fact that they were part of Delta Dental, I made an appointment with Chagrin Falls Dental. The entire experience from booking to completion was perfect. It was quick, painless and affordable. I won’t hesitate to return if the need arises. Great dental practice!

The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. The office is clean and well-maintained, and they adhere to high hygiene standards. The staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain procedures. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dental practice.
