We really enjoy Dr. Santos staff and office. Our kids who are 5 and 7 enjoy the experience even when they have received a filling. It is a very relaxed environment and there is no pressure to purchase any additional services or devices. Great experience and I have recommended to my employees to transfer to her office.

I came from an office that did unnecessary work on my teeth (nightmare), so I was a bit guarded...that lasted about 3 seconds. Dr. Santos and staff made me feel SO comfortable. They are all so sweet, professional, and timely. I finally decided to fix my teeth with Invisalign and Dr. Santos walked me through every step. It was such an amazing process and transformation. I literally felt like a celebrity through the whole thing. It feels so good to smile w/o being self-consciousness. My husband and 3 children now see her too.

I was looking for a new dentist for me and my daughter. Dr. Santos was highly recommended. She and her team are fantastic! I don’t think I’ve ever had my teeth cleaned so well. And Dr. Santos is so kind (and pain-free). She communicates every step of the way - highly skilled and efficient. She truly cares about her patients. We’re happy..and yes, we’re smiling.

LOVE Dr. Santos and the new office is gorgeous!! It’s so calming to hear the waterfalls in downtown Chagrin walking into my appointment. The girls that work there are the sweetest! They make you feel so comfortable and excited to be there. Dr. Santos is extremely educated and I trust her w anything! If you’re looking for a new dentist, she is the one!
