If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. DO NOT GO HERE. My daughter used to absolutely adore going to the dentist, always so eager and full of joy. But now, she’s been left utterly traumatized, refusing to even glance at a dental chair. My 5 year old was scheduled to do a series of several caps because her cavities were neglected for so long. The worst part? I wasn’t allowed to be there to comfort her. The music was blaring, cruelly masking her desperate cries which I heard because I opened the door after trying to get someone to talk to. She was jabbed with a needle to numb her mouth without a shred of warning. Her terrified tears were met with a heartless refusal to continue the procedure. They numbed her for absolutely no reason, shattering her trust and instilling a deep fear. Now, my poor little girl is petrified, unable to even let a dentist near her. This has broken my heart in ways I can’t even begin to describe. Absolutely THE WORST DENTAL PRACTICE EVER.. the reviews speak for themselves. BE WARNED.

My daughter always LOVED going to the dentist. Now she is traumatized and won’t even sit in a dental chair. My 5 year old needed several caps because her cavities were ignored for so long. Parents were not allowed to come back for procedure. Music was blasting to drown out her cries. She was given shots in her mouth without warning. And after crying from that, we were told they would not be performing the work. So she was numbed for absolutely no reason. And now is terrified to let a dentist even look her way.

Had an appointment for my daughter today, was scheduled for today months ahead of time, the office was closed off today and nobody was inside, called and no answer. They didn’t call me to tell me their office was going to be closed or to even reschedule my daughter. Already having this bad experience for an initial?! Will not be making an effort to come back whatsoever! Shame on you as an office! Response: my appointment was scheduled with a Sommers Bowers in January, if your office has been closed on Tuesdays for "sometime" maybe your "office manager" needs retraining on customer relations, i have emails from Sommers not stating this "change", thus keeping my appointment for the 19th as if it all well and good. Based on previous reviews, this place is not the best with customer satisfaction nor a reputable reputation.

This provider should not be practicing. My son saw her over a year ago,... Places folowuo for a crown and filling,... They cancelled the spot and never rescheduled. I tried calling and Summer is so rude. Finally reschedules but now needing more imaging. I call to say to confirm and the female cancelled him again. By far the worst experience I have ever had. And yes they told me Icould not go back with my son

Where to begin! They gave me a hard time about going to the back with my 2 yr old and 4 yr old. Traumatized my 4 yr old. She refuses to get her teeth cleaned without me in the back now but they suggest I sedate her vs letting me sit with her. Constantly telling me to stop giving my kid juice “all the time” when she gets juice maybe once a month. Told me my daughter had 3 NEW cavities (mind you I told her about these when we started seeing her a year ago) … when I went for a second opinion I found out she has 12!!! They put a cap on her teeth without filling the surrounding cavities. It’s just not a good experience at all. I feel like she is just trying to wait for my kids teeth to get bad so we have to pay for expensive procedures. I’m driving 45 mins there to be gas lit and for my concerns to be ignored. I’m a young mom and didn’t know better but listen to your gut people. Don’t take your poor babies here. Arlene seems like a nice lady but is not a good dentist.
