Dr. Chhibber and assistant Candice were amazing! They were so patient and calm, and did absolutely everything to ensure our little girl felt comfortable, safe, and calm. Excellent patient care! I would highly recommend them to anyone with little nervous ones!

My 2 year old had her very first appt here and it was such a great visit. The front desk staff were welcoming. Shanay the hygienist was so patient, diligent and friendly with her and Dr. Chhibber was great as well! So happy we decided to go with this office!

We have been taking our five girls here for almost 17 years -- today I was treated so poorly by the front desk staff on rescheduling some appointments. As a working mother, I try to get all five of my girls scheduled at the same time and on the same timeline. I was treated so rudely today when trying to attempt to do this and it has never been an issue in the entire 17 years we have been coming here. While I love the Dr. Kyrkos and the hygienists, I will not be returning and moving my large family somewhere else. It is really unfortunate that front desk staff treat your long-standing patients/clients this way. I never even take the time to write a review, but I hope those that know our family see this because it was not okay.

Booked an appointment in network(made sure they accepted my insurance and they did)2-3 months ago for my child due to their wait. No issue, I understood. Get there the day of appt after multiple confirmations and my wife is told they called multiple times and left a message to verify insurance ( they didnt). Now she “thinks” they don’t accept my insurance. Girl really didn’t know what was going on. I said do I need to ask someone? Call my insurance? She said no, but you can be seen and pay out of pocket before the cleaning. I said no. Called my spouse and checked online for in network providers and there they were still on the list. Went back in to show the girl and she said oh yeah after Jan 1 we no longer take your insurance, even though I booked months ago. Called insurance , they spoke to them and said how unfriendly and unhelpful the front desk was and that they were kicking this to higher ups because of the bait and switch and that they are responsible to let them know they are no longer accepting that insurance. They were also surprised they didn’t honor it due to their switching even though I had the appt booked well in advance. After all the positive reviews (I read them all as well) I was shocked this was my experience. After some more research it seems many people also had issues. Luckily I found another great dentist right away to see my past due child due to their mix up. It was just bad customer service.

Dr. Chibber, Candice and team are creating a generation of people who genuinely like the dentist. My four-year-old was attended to with patience, kindness, and empathy. They took steps to make sure he was comfortable and aware of what was happening. It put us both at ease, and he’s always excited to go back -- even for more complicated treatments like cavities.
