Pam at the front desk is the best. They lose her they sink. Lisa is an important team member as well. Easy to talk with and makes the visit pleasant while in the chair. Dr Ballrick of course is the mastermind of it all and is a pro. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone I know.

My husband, five children, and I have been going to Dr. Ballrick for nearly fifteen years. That should say it all! Great staff, expert care, and responsive to our needs always. I tell everyone we have the best dentist in the Cleveland area. Try him and see for yourself. You won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Dr Jim since he started and he continues to add all the new technology while maintaining the personal interest in his patients. I had great anxiety seeing a dentist but have comfort with all of the staff! If you are looking for a dentist I strongly suggesting seeing Dr. Jim! And I love getting my teeth cleaned...no pain and they look so good! Thank you all for being so kind and friendly and thorough. Diane

Dr Ballrick is an absolute professional. His quality of work is second to none. He fixed the bonding in my chipped front tooth and it is perfectly unnoticeable. He was able to fit me in last minute,since he knew my wife and I had a Valentines Day date in a few days, and did it in my lunch break. He and his staff are the best in the state. Do yourself a favor and visit them.

I absolutely love Dr. Ballrick and his staff. Always a smiling face, friendly and they treat you well! They answer all questions or concerns you may have. He goes abive and beyond for hos patients! They are quick with appointments too! Highly recommended!!!
