I have to say I’m utterly shocked disappointed. My family and I have been customers here for nearly 30 years; since I was 3 years old. I have severe migraines that are debilitating and other treatments aren’t working effectively to stop them, so I came in to get a night guard. When I was originally setting up the appointment I asked about how much the night guard would be so I had an idea. They said usually $500-550. And then I asked when the payment would be due, at the imaging session (which ended up being today) or when the night guard was ready to be picked up. I was expecting them to say at the appointment but they said when it’s ready to be picked up and I was happy about that. When I was getting the appointment don’t the dental hygienist, who was wonderful, told me that Dr Fox recommends the same night guard to all of her patients. So after the imaging was done I was confused when they led me to the check out counter and told the secretary, Barbra, that I was told that payment wasn’t due until pick up. And all she said was no it’s due now it’s $650. And I said “650?? That’s way more than they told me. Also why wouldn’t they tell me the exact price before services were rendered if this is exactly what everyone else gets? So I tried to explain more that I was told it wasn’t due until pick up and she was cold and dismissive towards me and tried to tell me I wasn’t told that but she wasn’t the person I spoke with when originally scheduling the apppointments. That person was nice. So I asked “ok so it’s $650 even?” I had assumed there would be tax and Barbra said yes $650. Now during this time I had my mom phone while all this was going on because my mom was kindly gifting this to me. So I handed Barbra my card and she immediately handed a receipt back to me for $672.75 to sign it. And I started asking her what was going on she told me it was $650 and she told me that it costs extra if not using cash or check but she said no such think prior to the transaction what so ever. And I told her as such. Then she pointed to this sign that was nearly 3 ft away from me and mostly obstructed by products they’re trying to sell you (pictures attached but were taken after they moved the sign a bit). But when I looked closely at the sign that wasn’t clearly visible, it didn’t give any particular service charge nor percentage of amount charged that would incur a service charge. The sign basically says that they will charge you whatever they want if you used debit or credit. And when I told her she can’t do that and she didn’t even try to tell me there was a cost and was intentionally trying to be misleading when I was obviously asking for clarification. She only responded with one or two words. I asked to see the dentist, Dr Fox, and they claimed she was with a patient but I could tell she wasn’t because I would be able to see or hear her. They are only willing to give my nearly $25 back if I go back to them with a check today. But this many lies and deceits is incredibly egregious and blatantly scammy and horrible business practice. It’s unbelievable they’d be willing to scam over someone who paid many years out of pocket. She seemed to care about my family and so much when I was in the chair.

If you have a fear of the dentist, this is the practice for you. I had such extreme anxiety that I wanted to run away screaming just thinking about going to the dentist. However, instead of the normal judgement, annoyance or dismissal that I have encountered with other providers, Dr. Fox and her staff went out of their way to do the opposite even from the first call. Dr Fox intently listened to all my concerns and came up with multiple solutions to address each one. She has designed her practice to do everything possible to reduce anxiety as well, with ideas I’ve never seen implemented-everything from massage and CBD therapy to a warm aromatherapy towel after the procedure. She was so thorough, skilled, kind and patient that I was able to get through procedures I had been putting off out of fear for a long time. I was so fortunate to find her practice, as it has been a truly life changing experience.

I have had several procedures done now by Dr Claudia Minadeo-Fox (2024). She surpasses any dentist I’ve had in the past. First, she is very holistic in her approach to teeth, she is a perfectionist ( which I want), she is very accommodating & excellent at her job, and communicates her knowledge as to exactly why you should have the work done! The staff are very knowledgeable as well & everything a fine oiled machine. Thank you again! Would recommend...🙏👍 Susan S

Thank you Dr. Fox for giving me my smile back. I am truly Grateful. This journey with my teeth was not easy but so worth it. Through the tears and frustration you always encouraged me at every visit and gave me hope when other dentists I saw before coming to you gave me doom and gloom. You were able to fix every problem I had with my mouth and teeth. Now my mouth and teeth are straighter and healthier then it’s ever been and I can smile with confidence and love who I am again because of you and your team. Coming to you was the best decision I ever made. I am truly Thankful for everything you have done.

Dr. Claudia and her team are wonderful, caring and compassionate gentle people. I highly recommend going here! Everyone here is so nice and supportive, and makes you feel welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere is very calming and there is zero judgment. There is always clear communication. I love that they inform you with knowledge about your teeth/mouth, and are very honest and trustworthy. I am so thankful for finding this place! This is a great place to go if you have a lot of dental anxiety, they are very accommodating and understanding to your comfort. Overall fantastic experience, thank you to everyone who works here for being so awesome at creating such a positive dental experience.
