So I wrote this review a few years ago about my experience here, and somehow DentalWorks got it removed from Google. I am going to leave it again. I went here for 6 years for orthodontics. Everything went fine until it was time to get my braces off. This process is not supposed to be painful! The orthodontist had a lady hold me down while he drilled all of my gums on the inside of my teeth off. It was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. They gave me a toothbrush after they were done and blood just poured out of my mouth. Another women took me to take a picture of my teeth and I was crying due to the pain. She yelled at me to stop crying. I never once got any concern from staff or the orthodontist. In fact, they called my guardian asking me to take down the review and I refused. Overall, my teeth weren’t even straight! They continued retainers and eventually stopped appointments and my teeth were still crowded and crooked. I will be very upset if this review gets taken down again.

So I used to be a regular patient. They turned me off the last couple visits. They really need to work on customer service. I came in there was no one at desk to check me in. She’s in the back talking. When she finally comes to the desk. She tells me I’m late and they can’t take me. Then they sent me two text messages months later to make an appointment and there desk person who answered there call is searching and searching saying it didn’t come from me. She’s trying to find it. How about we haven’t seen you would you like to make an appointment. She said is there anything else we can help you with. What kind of customer service is that. No common sense at all.

Unbelievably bad business. The dental work was fine. The business, terrible. I paid my portion of the bill the day of my service, the rest was to go through insurance. Instead they sent me a bill for $1100 and never sent it to my insurance. For months, I have called, written, and visited the office asking them to please send it to my insurance. They never do. Then they sent me to collection. I have tried everything and they will not bill my insurance. They just keep sending me the bill. Unethical and unprofessional, and most of all incompetent. Edit: Your response said you tried to reach out and left a message. You absolutely did not. You also asked me to contact you. As I’ve said in my review, I have done that over and over, by phone, mail, and in person. How about you actually fix the issue and bill my insurance company?

I have never had an issue until very recently. I am owed monies fro m a service I over paid for in cash, $123. 00. I’m having GREAT difficulties with Kim, who won’t return any of my calls, nor will she take a call from me. So very unprofessional. I just want to know when I might be getting my refund. I had to pay up front for a service and now I can’t get any info on what’s owed me. I also had a bone graph done which I was told I needed, but yet when submitted to insurance it wasn’t covered, because it wasn’t medically necessary. I am going to a new place. I wouldn’t be, but due to how I am bei g ignored by Kim, I’m left with no other options. Dr. Kumar is great, but the frint desk people, a BIG tgumbs down.

Great experience w/dentists. but that lady at the front counter was rude I’m my opinion. Asked her to Put all on same bill (for financial reasons for care credit) then she charged me for my future visit first. then handed me a bill for the current visit charged my card twice 🤦 Tried calling and explaining to her you did this wrong. it don’t show you used my credit from a prior visit 2 years ago. She goes on to tell me. that’s the way it is!!! on day i was there and then hung up on me today when i called! Worst experience at front counter ever not to mention hanging up on me today 🤔
