This dentist office is amazing! The entire staff welcomes you like your family would. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The receptionists, dental assistants and the doctors! Best service you can find. So happy I found them! I have had several fillings in the last 6 months. Each appointment went smoothly and I felt comfortable and safe in their care! Highly recommend!

Great service and a caring team. My husband needed an emergency service and they were able to assist him the same day and called later just to check on him. Also, on a different note, I had invisalign and the process was simple and my teeth look great. Very happy with the team at Koussa Dental Group, I highly recommend.

Let me first start by saying, I have EXTREME dental anxiety. I have gone to several dentists over the years including Hudek and Aspen. After my last visit to Aspen I decided I never wanted to go back again and didn’t think I would ever go to the dentist again. Fast forward to yesterday.. I broke a tooth and was afraid to go to the dentist. Even calling a dentist gives me anxiety. I found Koussa Dental Group through my insurance and checked out their reviews. I waited another week to call and at that point I had severe pain. When I called, I explained I hadn’t been there before and they said that was ok, they are taking new patients and they got me in to the office that morning. When I arrived I was already nervous, shaky and wasn’t convinced I was going to actually get in the chair. Every single staff member I encountered throughout my visit was kind and gentle and personable. From the front office to the dental staff and doctors. I explained my fears and concerns and they handled me with kid gloves. Never once making me feel ridiculous for my anxiety.They went slow, explained everything they were doing and made sure I was thoroughly numbed before even poking around. Dr. G, Giacomo, Diane and Dr. Koussa were awesome. They ended up saving my tooth with a root canal which I didn’t think was going to be possible. In addition to the root canal I had a molar extracted. The only pain I felt through both procedures was the little needle prick for the numbing. Dr G even called to check on me that evening. I have two follow up appointments scheduled and I’m not dreading them at all. I suggested that my husband switch to this office as too. I truly can’t express how visiting this office just one time changed my outlook on dental work in the future. Again the staff are great, the office is clean and they use all the modern technology. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The Koussa Dental Group team are the best! They took me in as an emergency, provided great service and truly made me feel comfortable with the treatment they did. The office is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend to anyone in the Strongsville area.
