Took over two months to make an upper denture for me and when finally done were so ill fitting I could not wear them. There was one tooth missing from each side of the denture that was I had from my original set of dentures along with all the other teeth being tiny compared to my first set. The left side was totally out of shape along with teeth set uneven and crooked. I came in for what I thought was an appointment to start the process again and he literally snatched the denture case out of my hand and told me he was going to refund me for the whole set, but he couldn’t cut me a check for them until Saturday because he didn’t have access to his accounts until then. Well...he NEVER sent me a check. Follow up calls to his office went unanswered. Thankfully, I had charged the payment and was forced to dispute the payment with my credit card company. He then never responded to the communication with my credit card company, forcing me to wait 45 days to get my full refund. He is not a man of his word. Very dishonest.

Just had a very bizarre experience. I have been going to Dr. Schneider for a couple years and knew he wasn’t great because he’s so quick and basically lies about how many cavities you have. However, he is efficient. My husband stopped going after his first visit. I took my three year old son for his first visit and they are absolutely not equipped to handle children even though they were proactive to get his information to charge my insurance. They tried putting my son in a chair 10 feet away from me while I got my cleaning. My son wasn’t very happy about this so when I said something, he said he felt uncomfortable with my attitude and I should find a new dentist. Really odd.

I love Dr. Schneider, cleanings are always a pleasant and quick experience. He’s always very thorough in his work and has an interest in his patient’s well being. Office is quiet, clean, and comfortable.

I was told that I have six cavities, despite the fact that I’ve only had two cavities in my entire life, and my previous dentist just took x-rays and did a clean/check six months ago without finding ANY cavities. Unbelievable! My teeth have always been strong and cavity resistant. Lobby was depressing with case of animal skulls. No other patients were there. This was my first and last time there.
