I thought that Nancy, the dental hygentist really made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything that she did. I’ve never had that happen before. I told her that I was so nervous because of an issue that I thought would be a problem but she explained that everything was okay. Dr. Beckett was friendly and made me feel welcome. I definitely will come back again and keep them as my dental provider.

I wanted to give a shout out to Tawnee & Dr. Beckett, they are fantastic and kind. They make the dental experience “fun” and are trustworthy. The hygienist is great too. I would have gave a 5 star review if the equipment worked properly. First the old 3D printer messed up my crown 7 times which made me have to come back special instead of getting it the same day. More pain too. Then I came back and the old looking X-ray machine wouldn’t work. Had to go to another chair. It seems as though this office gets the old equipment. I don’t think they would have this problem at the Beachwood office location?
