Been a patient at Darrow Family Dental Centre for many years. The staff is courteous and caring. Drs. Caruso and Bateman are wonderful and I appreciate their care over the years.

If you havent had dental work done by Dr. Caruso, then your missing out! He is soo good that I dozed off and nearly fell asleep while he was doing extensive repairs on my teeth. Yea! You read that right! How many people can say that!? Not only is Dr. Caruso the best dentist in the mid west, but everyone that works there is on your side! If you need something ran through insurance the girls in the front won’t stop until these insurance companies give you the best price possible! This dental team does not try to nickle and dime you. If you don’t need it, or it didn’t take as much work to complete, then you don’t pay for it. And if you fear someone might judge you because your teeth aren’t that great, then worry no more! I can attest from my own experience that my teeth were pretty rough. Dr. Caruso and team didn’t judge me at all. They talked me through everything and helped me begin to fix my issues and made me feel good about coming back. And his dental assistants are second to none! They all made Dr. Coruso’s work soo seamless! And they are soo friendly! It’s nice to have someone explain things in laymens terms because I don’t know what a buckle on 9 means. I ain’t got no belt in my mouth! Lol Overall, I would recommend Darrow Family Dental to everyone! I leave their office with a reason to smile. Especially since they do such a good job on my teeth! So, this is a BIG thank you to Dr. Caruso and everyone who has helped me through my process. It has been more than a year of hard work and patience from all of you there at Darrow Family Dental! My first appointment here, I was told I needed two teeth extracted and that they don’t do extractions so I would need to go somewhere else. The dentist refused to send a referral to the other dentist I went to. They also refused to send over x-rays. She claims she never told me about extractions. I don’t know why she would lie about this. Confused, I called to ask them about it and was spoken rudely to by the young office lady. I kindly asked her to have the dentist call me, which she never bothered. Then I received a letter in the mail telling me to not come back. I will never go back there,letter or not! I have never been treated more poorly at any other dentist office. If you are thinking about going here, don’t waste your time. If you need any work done that they don’t do, and go to a place they don’t like, they will drop you.

I had my first crown done today. Dr. Caruso and Pailey were terrific from start to finish. The attention to small details really showed. My wait was short, and they really paid attention to me when I was in the chair. They made sure I was not just comfortable, but also that I was satisfied with the final product. My procedure went quickly and was painless. I will be telling all of my friends about Dr. Caruso!

Dr. Caruso’s office is fantastic. From the receptionists to the hygienists the staff is friendly, helpful, and helps keep you informed every step of the way. They entire staff is efficient and you never have to wait more than a few minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Dr. Caruso explains treatment options, offers his opinions on the best path to take and does not try to sway you in any direction. It’s clear he and his staff care about you as a patient. I highly recommend his office when looking for a new Dentist!
