This place is a joke. I wish I could leave 0 stars. They should not offer dentures as a service. Very incompetent. After a lengthy, drawn-out process, I have nothing at all to show for it. To top it all off, when a denture finally did arrive, they admitted the front teeth were off-center, saw that it did not fit to the gums, and then seem surprised I was not willing to accept the garbage piece that I very patiently waited MONTHS and MONTHS for. If you need a denture, go to Akron with in-house fittings. Creekside should have never taken my case - way beyond their abilities.

Dr is great office staff not at all they are rude and not willing to accommodate paients. Terrible way to run business

Today was my first time there the whole staff was super nice Catlin was Awesome and Dr Bob was so nice and good to me I can’t say enough about them

I made my appointment far in advance for the one day I had off, drove half an hour out, secured a babysitter, showed up with a confirmation text for my appt and was told I didn’t have one. They avoided eye contact and then said oh we cancelled it because we didn’t have a hygienist but never called me or anything and I still got my confirmation text. They made no attempts to squeeze me in same day and made no apologies until I had to just walk out. I was stunned at how rude and unprofessional the whole experience was

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bob for years - he is the best! He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and always remembers the details. The hygienists are amazing - they explain ever step of the exam to you and answer any questions you have. The office staff are equally wonderful - I’ve never had a complaint about any of them!
