When I recently moved to the West side of Cleveland, I had to do research for a new dentist who: took my insurance, was located nearby, had a 5 (or close) rating, and would accept new patients. Dr. Pardhan fit the bill. She and her assistant Shardey are warm, knowledgeable, efficient, caring and on time!. They scrutinized records from my last dentist before providing the best cleaning I have ever had, a full explanation of options, procedures and costs for a plan to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I am now working with her on Invisiline and, again, am totally happy with the process. I’ve even gotten my husband to switch his dentist to work with iSmile.

This was our first time visit for our family in this office and we had a great experience. They fit us in so that all four of us could have back to back appointments and even extended their hours since the kids didn’t have school that day to get us scheduled. Nice office, great staff, and we felt the dentist was not pushing or trying to sell additional services like our last dental practice started doing. She is very kind and honest - we will definitely be going back as our regular dental practice!

Dr. Fahreen Pardhan Is the absolute best. She is patient and understanding and so knowledgeable. I trust her advice and recommendations 100%. You can really tell that she is sincere and has her patient’s best interest in mind. Her practice is absolutely beautiful and immaculate.

I finally found a Dentist that I trust and like. At iSmile in Avon, Fahreen Pardhan is very courteous and really listens to what you have to say. She’s runs a clean comfortable office and works great with my insurance company.
