Dr. Conners and his staff are WONDERFUL, CARING, AND KIND. Please do not be afraid,of pain is a thing of the past when you deal with Dr. Conner. May I say he is very pleasant to look at. A real cutie!

For someone who is deathly afraid of the dentist, Dr Conners has always been very gentle and caring when it has come to my care. Shelia is the best and I will not see anyone else. The office staff has been more than accommodating when I needed guidance.

I had a poor experience here. Upon arriving the day of my first procedure (bone grafting) as I am sitting in the chair, they come in to tell me that my temporary mouth peice was made incorrectly with the false tooth placed on the wrong side by the lab they work with. At a later apt, they presented me with the same mouth peice that was initially incorrectly made and it appeared to have been altered to have the false tooth placed on the appropriate side, and left a sharp edge from the previously placed spot. The false tooth was many shades darker than I had requested and I was told "it doesn’t look that bad." not what you want to hear after spending hundreds and having to wear it for months. The mouth peice also made it difficult to talk and would fall out. Months after the implant process was completed, I noticed a bubble forming on the front gum line/ direct location of the implant. I called, was prescribed antibiotics as he told me I had an infection and when they scheduled me to come in for him to evaluate the bubble over a week later, he told me to make sure I was taking care of the area and flossing regularly, which I had been the entire time. I spoke with my primary dentist and he warned me that the infection was most likely at the inner level and that the infection needed to be removed by surgery or it would continue to eat away at my bone graft and cause issues. I chose to trust my periodontic as he didn’t mention this being an option/risk. I ended up getting the same infection a few months later. I called the office right away and they wanted me to come in for a visit the next week. I had to ask to be sent antibiotics as I was not going to let the infection sit until the apt over a week later. At this apt, I was told I would need the infection removed via surgery, as my primary dentist explained the first time it occurred. Poor communication all around/ very insensitive and a more stressful ordeal than it should have been.

Dr. Adapalli and Victoria were fantastic. They are caring, knowledgeable, and gave me sound dental advice. They are a great team. The whole staff at WSP are kind and helpful. Kaley went above and beyond to help me with insurance issues.

So thankful for Dr. Connor and the great team at Westshore! Everyone did an amazing job! My broken tooth needed to be fixed asap and they were responsive and provided the best care i could’ve hoped for! They gave me clear instructions after the procedure and they put me at ease! Dr C. was proactive and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish! Wonderful people!!!
