Dr. Toledo and his entire staff are wildly fantastic. I feel like this is the first time I’ve been heard and taken care of at a dental facility. From the front desk all the way through checkout. I’ve have a consult, cleaning, and fillings done here and I can confidently say I will stay with Dr. Toledo and his team for as long as possible! Thank you all for doing such a great job, and it shows that you all care about what you do!!!!

Dr. Toledos office on southside is phenomenal! Colby at the front desk is very kind and welcoming. I’ve heard her on the phone going above and beyond for current and new patients. Always very polite and professional on the phone and in person. All three dental hygienist are great. Easy to talk to and do a great job explaining things. Dr. Toledo is awesome. Ive never had a dentist who explains the work I’m getting done so detailed. He gives you the time to ask questions and makes sure you understand before continuing. He pays very close attention to your x rays and for me caught things other dentist never picked up on saving me from having to get excess work done. Him and his team are honest and compassionate. The best part about this office is the ease of being around his team. Their chemistry is obvious and it shows in their efficiency. They work very well together resulting in extraordinary work and a quick but quality turnaround. My wife and I plan on sticking with Dr. Toledo as long as we are in the Jacksonville area! We’ve recommended him to a few friends and family and will continue to do so. The cherry on top is having him on southside making him a quick 5 minute drive from our home. Great expressions seems to not have the best reputation among dental offices but Dr. Toledos office is the exception 100 percent. They stand far above the rest and it’s all because of the team he’s chosen to work by his side.

I have seen the same dental hygienist on three occasions now. And while she does a great job with dental care, she lacks the compassion to understand that it is not her gums that she is digging into. When I addressed the issue, instead of compassion, I am met with a defensive behavior as to why it hurts, instead of an apology and being more gentle; And I’d like to think I’m one of the few people that practices proper dental hygiene (floss and brush my teeth a few times a day). I’ve had to deal with this the three times that I’ve sat in her chair. The previous young lady, that was there prior to her, did an amazing job. As a result, I will be looking for a new dental office.

Dr Toledo and his Assistant are the Bomb! Friendly, caring, tells you everything every step of the way! AWESOME 💯. I feel very comfortable when I am there in the chair! Thank you for being so wonderful 😊

Dr. Toledo and his assistant Missouri girl are amazing!!! I felt safe and taken care of! The most pleasant office staff! Love it! Best dental team I have experience! Recommending to all my friends and family!
