I have an intense fear of dentists that stem back to my childhood when my father died in an accident in a dental office in 1963. The entire staff from those making my appointment, to reception, dental assistant, billing and dentist were nothing less than kind, compassionate and wonderfully amazing. They are simply incredible. Highly recommend. Dr neesha and Dr Gupta are nothing less than incredible. My fear of dentists was extreme. They are fantastic

Amazing office all around! I had throbbing tooth pain over the weekend and Dr. Gupta fit me in as a new patient first thing Monday morning. He recommended an urgent root canal and I am so thankful it could be done that same day in his office! Being pregnant, the staff took extra precautions to protect the baby while also making me feel comfortable and reassure me of the safety measures they were taking. I highly recommend this office!

I cannot speak highly enough of this office as a whole. Everyone was so helpful and kind. They fit me in quickly and took great care of me as a patient. Dr. Gupta did a wonderful job. Even though he was extremely busy it did not impact his demeanor or attention to detail in my care. Every single staff member is caring and kind. I highly recommend this office.

This was my first time seeing a dentist in several years, so I had a little bit of anxiety about the visit. A painful tooth is what brought me in, otherwise it may have been several more years. From the time I walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. After some questions to get to know some of my history and what I was looking to do, the standard x-rays, images, pictures, etc. had to be done. In the midst of all of this activity, I felt a sense of calm and ease. During my visit they also recommended additional services, but I never felt pressured like I have in other practices I’ve visited in the past. The service I received from the dentist was outstanding! She was very personable and mindful of the reason for my visit as well as how I was feeling about being at the dentist’s office in general. She got my issue fixed and got me out the door, and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend North Ridgeville Family Dentistry to anyone either looking to make a change or someone just looking for a dental practice like I was.
