Dr. Martinez and his staff are great, I’ve sent friends to them and they say the same, they always make me feel at home and I feel safe using him as a dentist. Keep up the good work.

Wow I just got a call to confirm my appointment by nakisha and then Nicole called right back to notify Me that Dr martinez no longer wants me as a patient because I called nakisha out of her name. What name??? This appointment has been on the books for months and 4 days before you say sooo sorry... I have no clue the girl kept asking what tooth the crown fell out I said I only have one tooth at top right with an implant look at the records. She called 5 minutes before my appointment as i was driving. She kept asking the tooth I don’t know tooth numbers. NOW instead of apologizing I get this call after being a patient over 10 years. Perhaps Dr Martinez should have lent importance that I have never had an issue with anyone in his office before and Nakisha may be making up the story and should not stare people down as they walk out. I had a perfectly pleasant conversation with the guy at the front desk. This office has gone downhill BIG TIME! There are notices everywhere of what you will owe if you do or don’t do things. Never ever had so many rules from a dental office and he certainly was not like this when he started..... Good luck with your front office staff.....and you should probably refrain from calling people Kiddo since that would be "out of their name." UPDATE: You don’t want to talk to me or you would have called. As a matter of fact Nicole said she didn’t want to talk to me about what the issue is and simply said I called her out of her name. Which I did NOT. I said I am driving can we have this conversation when I get there she said yes I will be here I said ok and hung up. She is plain simply offended because I said you have xrays of my teeth right she said yes I said pull it up top right 1 implant that’s the tooth. It wasn’t making sense to her. I asked ur dental assistant the same question when I was in the back and what do you know she answered it perfectly and explained to me what tooth you guys had done before. Furthermore why are u calling people 5 minutes before to clarify charges....do u then charge them cancellation fees if they don’t agree. Is this misunderstanding why u took me straight back and I didn’t wait 2 hours as usual. Get Kierston back in there to put ur office in order if u care.

I have been under the dental care of Dr. Martinez for over 17 years! I have experienced nothing but the absolute best service and care. He and the rest of the staff are most impeccable in every way. Thanks Team!!!

I had a fantastic experience today with Dr Martinez. He did two fillings on me today, both went very smoothly! I then got my periodic cleaning. The hygienist and team at Dr Martinez’s office are great.

I have been going here for about 8 years and they never fail to impress. They give high quality service, very attentive, and Dr Martinez has always gone above and beyond for me. Whether it was for a root canal or cosmetic, he was always prompt and very helpful. Him and his team are the best when it comes to customer service and would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.
